Paul van Dyk (Matthias Paul) hails from Eisenhüttenstadt, Germany. He is a leading trance DJ and is currently the world’s #1 DJ (as voted for by “DJ” magazine readers) knocking Tiësto off the top spot which he held for three years.
His first production, in collaboration with Cosmic Baby as Visions of Shiva, was released in 1992. Before this, he used to do mix-tapes for his friends. In 1993 Paul’s first album was released, entitled 45RPM. He also remixed the song Love Stimulation. He also did some nightclub work at a Berlin nightclub called E-Werk.

Ferry Corsten is a Dutch DJ, producer and recorder who first started out in 1991 producing underground hardcore gabber tracks, he soon expanded into clubhouse and trance music. But don’t put Ferry into the trance corner, because his sound encompasses several genres of electronic music.
In 1999 Ferry Corsten was voted Best Producer of the Year at the Ericsson Muzik Award in London. In 2000, he was awarded Best Remix for Adagio for Strings (Ferry Corsten remix) at the Dancestar 2000 awards.
The track is a mashup, taking the instrumental from Rune’s “Calabria” and the vocals from Gaudino’s “Destination Unknown”, both originally released in 2003. It was produced with the help of Maurizio Nari and Ronnie Milani, matching the saxophone hook/riff from “Calabria” to Crystal Waters’s voice. “Destination Calabria” was released as a 12 inch single in December 4, 2006 by Italian label Rise, and as a CD single, on 19 March 2007, by British label Data Records.
Mason was born in Amsterdam as Iason Chronis, son of a Dutch actress and a Greek sculptor. At the age of 6, he really wanted to play violin and he kept on taking lessons in classic and jazz music ever since. With his grandmothers turntables and an old tape deck he was eager to start mixing in his early teens, as he saw footage of turntablists and hiphop DJs in America. Although he was way too young to legally enter a bar, he started to DJ in local clubs around his hometown.
Martin Solveig is a focused artist, hungry for experience. His first DJ sets, a few nights on the decks of the Palace club when he was 18 inspired a passion for electronic music. As a student, he was successively resident DJ at Le Palace, Les Bains-Douches, L’Enfer and Le Queen. He set up his own label, “Mixture”, and finally made his name with “Heart Of Africa”, which won acclaim from influential electro players, such as Joe Clausell, Frankie Knuckles and Bob Sinclar. Sinclar asked Martin to join the “Africanism” team. The result was “Edony” (number-one spot in the French, Italian and Greek club charts).

MARTIN SOLVEIG – Rejection (Bob Sinclar Remix) (336kb)
A taxi in Tel Aviv, a restaurant by the sea in Madagascar, a coach station in Bombay, a new-age bar on Venice Beach, a club in Paris, New York or Ibiza… one tune rings out from them all: Love Generation, played over and over, tirelessly. It was with this incredibly catchy tune that Bob Sinclar had one of the biggest hits of 2005, proving – if there was any doubt – his talent for making great music with no boundaries of age or race.
